• To respond to your enquiry and share price sheets, brochures and site-visit plans.
• To arrange site visits with the relevant project teams.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website.

Consent

By submitting a form and ticking the consent box, you agree to be contacted by phone, WhatsApp or email about the projects you asked about. You can withdraw consent at any time by messaging “STOP” on WhatsApp or writing to estate@ahmedabadplots.com.

Sharing

We share your details only with the developer or sales team of the project you enquired about, to arrange your visit and booking. We do not sell your data.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage and ad performance. These services may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve your enquiry and meet legal obligations. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to estate@ahmedabadplots.com.
